By car

- Option 1: Follow National Freeway 1 and take exit 91-Jhubei to Guangming 6th Rd. Turn right onto Zhonghua Rd, and continue for 2km. The industrial park is on the right side
- Option 2: Follow National Freeway 3 and take exit 90-Zhulin to Fulin Rd for Jhubei direction. Turn left onto Provincial Highway 68 Nanliao direction. Take exit Jhubei –Zhonghua Rd. Turn right onto Zhonghua Rd, and continue for 2km to reach the destination.

By Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR)

Get off the Train from THSR Hsinchu Station. Take bus #5900 and Get off at the last stop –Jhubei Station. Walk toward the rear station and continue to Xintai Rd. Use the park sidewalk for 5 mins to reach the destination

Get off the train from TRA Jhubei station. Walk toward the rear station and continue to Xintai Rd. Use the park sidewalk for 5 mins to reach the destination.
*The Park access roacd is open Monday ~Friday from 09:30-17:00 Shuttle bus schedule between TRA Jhubei Rear Station and Chang Yih Hi-Tech Industrial Park 07:30-09:30 (Jhubei Station rear exit-> Chang Yih) (everything 15mins) 17:00-19:00 (Chang-Yih-> Jhubei rear Station rear exit) (every 15mins) No service on weekends and national holidays

For visitor vehicles, please enter the park through the designated visitor lanes at Gate A (Zhonghua Road) or Gate B (Zhonghe Street) by utilizing the license plate recognition system. Once inside the park, follow the instructions and proceed to the underground parking facility located at the service center, where you can park in the designated temporary parking spaces.

Parking is free for the first 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, a fee of 10 yuan per half hour will be charged. If the parking duration exceeds half an hour, it will be rounded up to the nearest hour, and a fee of 20 yuan per hour will apply. Before leaving, please proceed to the automatic payment machines located at B1/B2 of the service center.

For park occupants on motorcycles, please enter through Gate C (Taihe Road) and proceed to the designated employee parking area. For visitors, please complete the registration process and obtain a visitor pass before parking in the designated visitor temporary parking spaces.

Service vehicles please enter through Gate C (Taihe Road) to complete the registration process and follow the signs to the designated unloading areas in each building.
- Bicycle route

Bicycles can enter the park through the bicycle lane located next to Gate A and Gate B on Huanke 1st Road. Designated bicycle parking spaces near Building A, Building B, Building C, and the service center.

- The charging station has a power rating of 1.2 kilowatts, in compliance with the IEC international/CNS Taiwan common direct current charging interface,which offers a wide output voltage range of 40-120VDC, and is compatible with various automotive manufacturer's vehicle systems.
